Rate his design?

As a designer (and a person taking classes on designing) for a few things, it's not bad per say so I'd give a 5/10 but it can be cluttered to understand what you are initially doing their design. I can see some motives of a half but it's unknown if they are meant to be dual like half-angel/devil sort of scheme as there are other colours distracting the main colours.

I like it, I think it's fun. For a design with so many layers/elements, it might be nice to have a ref sheet so people who need to draw him get a clearer view of some elements or an explanation as to what some of them are and how they might look from other angles.

I give 8.5/10, the colors fit kinda well but i think it's missing something... I think a little hair accessory would make it look a little better!
