Ok, so I have little annoying problem when I record.

So, I own microphone called Røde Procaster and I also use "Apogee ONE for iPad & Mac" as a sound card and a pop filter. I record in my house. (actually I do not my own the microphone but my father is OK for me using it)

IMO, it is great mic but sometimes it(?) can make some weird noises. Most of time I'm OK but sometimes the noises are too loud like in this sample*. So, where this noises comes from? Is there any way to decrease this noises?

*Here is a sample of that noice (you can hear it most at beginning and middle/end of sample): http://sta.sh/0j0gdwqd73e

Your computer is probably a bit too noisy. Or it might be the mic's fault. My Behringer mic has this weird antic of adding white noise to recordings.

Oh, I just lately got a new laptop (I do place my laptop behind my mic as far as I can like 30-40cm??), maybe it's doing something with that(?)

It took me a could of listens to even hear it (though I can see why it would be a problem in UTAU).
What it sounds like to me is something vibrating-- like... the way a clothes washer spins around and shakes? If your laptop fans are revolving in such a way that your laptop is vibrating across the desk... but that's a little out there.

I wonder if you're hitting a magic frequency that's making your mic pop filter vibrate and the little membrane is making that noise? (Is your pop filter fabric or solid?)
I say it might be that because it's kind of low in frequency and a bit irregular. Doesn't sound like laptop fans to me.
It could also be noise coming in from your mic cable or a poor connection between your mic and your... stuff.

Ok, I actually just looked at your mic. Check to try to keep your mic cable from crossing any other cables. Are you using phantom power here (from the looks of things it would have to be)? [EDIT: No, apparently this mic actually DOESN'T need phantom power. With that in mind, also try trading out your size converter-- any place where you plug one thing into another thing, there could be an issue.] Like, is your mic plugged into an M-box? Check all your connections to make sure they're ok. I do wonder if you've got an old/damaged mic cable though. If your dad has them, see if you can switch out the cables and if that helps.

If you just leave the mic recording without singing into it (turn on record while browsing internet) does it pickup/create the same noise?

Also, unrelated to your problem-- the page you linked for your mic says it has a "built in pop filter," so the extra one might not be necessary. IMO you should use as few obstructions to the mic as you can get away with.

Just a quick hunch, it might be your computer's fan being loud? : O

Ok, I listened carefully my environment/house and it seems that it's air conditioning being today really loud (well, it's always less or more loud but not always noticing it) :// unfortunately, I'm unable to control it as tenant but luckily will move out different, little better, house in this month, so...

If gonna have same issues even in new apartment then it must be on mic and/or other equipments (I got new computer just fee weeks ago and it's super quiet even using it hours, so I don't think that its fault this time). Maybe I should just wait 'till I've move and record new VBs then. ^^

Edit: a person from Twitter suggested to unplug my laptop charger and now the samples are all right???

is the input for your microphone on the same side of your laptop as the input for the charge cable?

You mean where I plaised Sound card's USB. Oh wait a min.... I think that it was on first try (when I written this thread) it was at same side than my charger + charger plugged in. But now, it's at other size. Oh, I guess that it was just issue where I put USB at first time XD (it was just little thing at all???? Wow, I'm such a clumsy person :"D)
