I wouldn't mind being a tutor, I'm a bit bad at explaining things, but I usually get the point across. I've been using UTAU for almost 5 years and am somewhat proficient in everything concerning it and outside things (mixing, programs etc.) I think if there were to be an open decision to let in volunteers there should be age and experience restrictions, not to be mean, but no one wants an 11 year old newcomer trying to lay down the law or teaching others how to do something they themselves have yet to master somewhat. That and I think there needs to be some updated rules or guidelines in place. Alice4prezident

Guys, this thread is for the discussion of moderators, not tutors. Discussion concerning tutors is linked in the first post.

As for the age restriction, well, I was only 15 when I became a moderator and the age can be easily faked. I believe that the most important thing is that the applicant being an active member with a good reputation for a minimum period of time (perhaps half a year at least?) and having prior moderating experience.

Here's the thread concerning the previous staff recruitment from last 2014 for more info: http://utaforum.net/threads/closed-staff-applications.7398/

When would we be able to submit applications?
Until other staff/admins agree to recruit more moderators. This thread was opened for the discussion of whether or not we should need more moderators, not the actual application ^^;
