I'm not a utau-synth user, so that means I dont have a mac. But from the pictures I have seen, utau-synth looks more like vocaloid (which I found cool), and you can import channels ;A; which that cannot happen in UTAU. That's the only thing I know, I hope they put the import channel thingy on...
