The IVs are only 31 if he says "Stats like those, they simply can't be beat!" I believe. Anything else he says afterwards like "fantastic stats", "good stats" or "decent stats" means that they're below 31. I didn't know about the TSV thing though! That's very interesting.

Hi Katsu! Here are a few things to check before using the plugin. 1. Is your computer set to Japanese Locale? 2. Is the ust in hiragana? 3. Have you currently selected a fully aliased VCV UTAU? Also, have you made sure to put the plugin files in the correct directory on your computer...

Redjuice's art really inspires me so he's probably my current favourite. I also like Shirow Miwa's, Huke's, f-ayn-t's and M.C. Escher's art.

That's strange, Smeen. Maybe try redownloading it as adlez said? Also, try using it again on the ust(s) that it worked with before and see what happens? And you probably know this already but just check that you have a vcv bank selected~

I quite like his design, but then I'm a sucker for anything with grey or black lol. With the voice sample I heard, might not be this one, his voice seemed kinda...meh not bad but not amazing. Might just be from desensitization to Vocaloid voices. Just wondering, did anyone here create designs...
