Tear-Jerking Songs that You Know?

I'd like to ask everyone what their favorite tear-jerking song is.

Mine is Magical Mirror by Kagamine Rin and Len by hitoshizoku x yama (I think they make the best songs with Rin and Len)

When I heard the end, tears just started rolling (I was a crybaby back then)...

Oh, and Disappearance of Hatsune Miku gets me sometimes, mostly when I'm reading the lyrics while listening. (TT^TT)

idk why but im just one of those emotional folks that cry at everything
also it kinda has a personal thing going on since my friends knee was saved by an organ donor and there was a really nice man i met who's life was saved with a heart transplant thanks to a person who donated their heart

This song gets me every time...

I also occasionally cry while listening to other songs like Tokyo Teddy Bear(By Neru),Goodbye(By Circus-P) and Close to You(By niki) but the song I linked too makes me cry whenever I hear it...

Thats really nice to read. I find it a miracle when people get successful transplants.
Yes, being a donor was something I've always wanted to be.
Isn't saving someone's life as beautiful as celebrating a new one (I don't like children tho :/)?
