for a Japanese voicebank, a Welsh accent wouldnt really sound good (trust me, i know, my voicebanks have hints of my accent in them xD my first voicebank was very thickly accented because i didnt realise i should have put on japanese, it sounded very...very..very northern welsh xD!(
