'ne' Sample Help?

This is my friend's UTAU, and we don't understand why its not working. It started when she rerecorded the 'ne' sample, because she previously did it wrong *it didn't match the rest of the VB*.

We've tried:
1. Rerecording the sample
2. Removing the sample from the OTO.ini and adding it again
3. Adding flags
4. Adding vibrato
5. Restarting my laptop
6. Quitting UTAU-Synth and restarting it
7. Re-OTOing the sample

Any ideas?

If you have re-recorded the sound it is always a good idea to regenerate the .frq for it through the voicebank config window, or, find the .frq file in the voice's folder, delete it and then play the sample again in UTAU, which will force new .frq regeneration. (maybe. This is assuming the .frq file system is the same in UTAU-Synth as it is in Windows UTAU.)
