If I download it I might get some problems with the software, or what if I want to download the software again but in different computers, I don’t want to go through the hassle of proving that I own it over the internet. I rather have the box version.
I'm not sure how many times I can download using the box version but would still prefer having it with me fast and quick.

Yeah if my laptop didn't had disc drive I would get the downloaded version too.
Also thanks for telling how many times I'm able to download using the disk version.[DOUBLEPOST=1413841670][/DOUBLEPOST]
You can use the activation code on a download up to 3 times, too. I believe SeeU's English sounds are in her Korean Voicebank, so you'd probably need some sort of phonetics table. I don't reccommend SeeU unless you want to splash a LOT of money because she's notoriously hard to obtain now and is expensive too. The IA DUO Starter Pack would always be a good idea!~

MAIKA does have English sounds, but she is super hard to use. She's my VOCALOID Bae but she's hard to use if you're only using her for English, and I'd recommend having knowledge of VOCALOID's English phonetic system first, because her phonetic system is different from any other given English bank.

if that's SeeU I highly, highly, HIGHLY doubt that to be honest. She's at least $160 everywhere I've seen, and she'd never go for $100 however much I'd like that x.x that's cheaper than Flower.

Next time then be more specific please cause it's very misleading to say you see a Vocaloid on a site for and I quote "only 100" as 'only' does not denote a range it denotes a singular price. And we don't want to mislead anyone here ;; It'll only lead to broken hearts and dreams.
I know someone who recently purchased SeeU and she says that to get her to sing in English well takes a lot of elbow grease so to speak. It helps that SeeU is her favorite vocaloid though so she has no problem using her and taking the time to make her sing English.
Which leads me into my next thought...definitely invest in a Vocaloid who you really like and whose flaws you're going to be able to put up with easily. Like, with me and Luka. I say she needs phonetic editing and patience cause like...she does(for now did you here that V3 English? -drools-) among other things. But from my PoV it's not that much work cause I like using her and love her voice. So it does kinda help to buy a Vocaloid who you really like.
I mean, every VOCALOID is gonna need some work put into them, none of them are perfect. The thing is, some require more work and experience than others.
