I'd recommend trying a Japanese voicebank first. I know it's rather mainstream in the UTAU world, but Japanese is arguably one of the simplest languages to recreate in UTAU. Asking someone to OTO an English bank is a huge favor. Simply crediting someone for it doesn't seem like a good enough reason to convince someone to do it, imo.

Work on learning how to OTO. It'll come in handy, and then you'll be able to configure a bank to your own specifications.

I have OTO commissions if you're willing to pay money. I'm assuming that you're going to use Chezzie or Delta's reclist, but I can negotiate a lower price if you decide to use LEXYS.
