Honestly I like a lot of voice types, but my favorites are really soft female vocals. Which is why I'm severely over-attached to Momone Momo. I feel like her voice exemplifies my favorite type.
I really like things to sound clear, though, and only a few robotic voices are good in my opinion (I have a soft spot for Defoko and Teto's old, robotic VB from songs like Song of the Eared Robot). Powerful, mature female vocals are also really cool, because they can cover stuff Momo wouldn't dream of even trying to sing. The only thing I dislike is overly low- or high-pitched singing, unless it's denpa, in which you get a free pass. It depends on the song a lot.

I love voices with a kind of...accent. Like SiNDRE's and Ham's. Those are what inspired me to make Nozomi's YOUKAI Append, just her with a weird accent.

And I like voices that sound really soft...but are also powerful...in a way? Kind of like how I'm making Yin's STAR Append.

I actually have a thing for voice types with different charms, so it depends. Though usually I like most voice types.

I am really fond of dark voices and solid voices the most however.

I also really like soft, cute voices a lot like Sekka Yufu, Nene Nene, and Sasayaki-san.

Clear, mature, deep, human-like, that's my thing (male and female). Personally I dislike the "cute" voices.

For females I like the cutesy type. They sound better with my style of music. I haven't really decided with males yet.
