Trying to figure BPM for future USTs

So I had a realization a few days ago while going through and compiling a list of songs I will work on making USTs out of..... Most of them I want to keep them Nightcore but at the same time I don't know how to determine the BPM for each song....

Is there a fairly accurate generator that I can use for this dilemma?? If not then I suppose I can stab at the dark several times till it sounds decent..

Most nightcore songs have a BPM of 165-180, and an easy way of finding BPM is the tap method on FL T 7 T

I may have my roommate do that, FL seems to hate me x'D I just can't get anything done with it, even basic stuff becomes hours of figuring things out ;w; lol

Sometimes the BPM detector on FL Studio is not accurate, I recommend the Mix Meister BPM Analyzer.

is that something that is a free DL and doesn't require internet for it to work. ive ran into things that are free but need the internet to work :'3

The tap method is onlu good if you got rhythm and such.
Because working with Utau needs yo ne more precise, I recommended software to analyze the BPM.

As Mix Meister is not free, I recommend this software.

An internet connection is not required for this to work.

Please note that these things can be off ±2 bpm.

Lately I've found a site https://songbpm.com/

But I'd recommend the programs everyone else talked about since you won't likely find any Vocaloid song... though it seems to get a huge database (plus they even give you the BPM depending if the song is a live version, or the CD one etcetc)

WaveTone has HTML help files that are in English. Doesn't appear to explain everything but it does tell you the important stuff.

If you don't mind using math:

Divide the length of the selection by the number of beats in the selection. An audio editor can help you be precise with the time.
Then divide 60 (the number of seconds in a minute) by this number. If the timing was right and the time signature is 4/4, it should be correct.
As for an example: the selection is 8 seconds and 20 beats long. 8 divided by 20 is 0.4, and 60 divided by 0.4 is 150 BPM.

I would use this along with a click track, maybe cheating a tiny bit in Reaper if I need to. Hope that works out ok and my reasoning isn't completely wrong!
