I guess there's BadGirl Murphys' UTAU, Murphi. (she's the one who comments on literally EVERY SINGLE utau video on youtube - but she seems to have never left a bad comment so ye). I know she has a VCV being worked on which isn't too bad, but her CV banks are missing a few sounds and could definitely do with a noise remover. It's been a while since I used her though

The voicer is a guy (watashiiiii) but the UTAU is a girl XD and yes, you can make her an OTO as long as you send it to me so that I can try it out myself!

I'm just gonna dump Carl Lamp in here. He's a troll utau I made awhile back (I think almost a year now??? lol i don't remember). He's a singing lamp, that was given birth through a failed screamo bank. He was recorded with a laptop mic and has some background static (i recorded him during a skype call of all things.). I suppose he's a decently otod cv bank.
