~*~ UPDATE TIME ~*~ :sing:

We're almost full, we're (hopefully) almost done! The work on the video had previously put on hold in a time where the coming-and-going of contributers was still high. Now, the work on it continues.

Also, there are still three open songs. If none of you wants to fill them, we'll take care of them ^^
The open songs are:

11. No Logic
50. Soar
60. Miki Miki Romantic Night

Yume伟 is keeping track of all the languages we have in the medley thanks to you all. Here's the list as of now :D
Cantonese - 1
Dutch - 1
English - 8
Esperanto - 1 (possibly)
Finnish - 5
French - 3
German - 7
Italian - 5
Japanese - 10
Keihansoukaishi - 1
Korean - 2
Mandarin - 1
Norwegian - 1
Polish - 1
Portuguese - 1
Russian - 3
Scots - 1
Serbian - 2
Spanish - 6
Tagalog - 1
I'm really happy with the diversity we've got here

The following is mostly adressed at those who participated with a currently private voicebank:

I'd like to ask everyone to render and send me song 67 - Hajime no oto / First Sound with the UTAU/Vocaloid/Virtual Singer they signed up with in the medley. So far, Stars, FlyingCaptainArrow, and Rylitah sent me their renders (thank you a lot!)

Now the important part regarding Hajime no oto:

There's a harmony UST coming with this post, that we want female alto voicebanks to be rendered with. Soprano (the range Lystrialle's UST comes in) is too high for your singer? But putting it down an octave (tenor range) is a bit too deep at times? Render your singer with this UST. Please.
If you wonder if you should render this Alto UST or use the normal UST, then please ask.
This is probably a bit confusing and I'm sorry for not talking about it earlier, but it kinda slipped my mind >.<

I can render all the publicly available UTAU myself, but obviously can't render those whose voicebanks I can't download.

Please excuse the inconvenience. Thank you all for your hard work; thanks to you all, we've almost reached the goal!

Those which I've render: Senchou, Violet Aura and Kazeyama Windy.

They all have Japanese VB, is it ok to use their Japanese VB for "First Sound"? (Their VBs are all public available, I'm bit busy to render them... ^^; I can link to their Japanese VB if you want)

@partial
I appreciate it! I've been sent Thai lyrics for No Logic though, a language which we don't currently have in the medley, so we're trying that out first. I think mw wants to try it with a Chinese Vocaloid.

@Pupuomena
Yes, linking me to their Japanese vbs is fine  I'll render them then.

That's fine! If Thai doesn't work out, though, you can always message me.

Update!

All slots are filled now! YES! It only took us a year to get there!

If my notes are correct, we're currently missing 3 pictures and 2 renders, as well as a couple of Hajime no Oto renders. I'll have to remind these people again, but we're getting close to finishing this medley!

Many thanks to everyone who contributed to it!

Any preview of this?

Explanation time!

This IS going to be finished. There are really only a handful of things left to gather for me. Thing is: because I was on holidays in August I couldn't gather what I could have. Most of that I did now in September. But our mixer is currently in Japan, and our video maker is going to be very busy with school.

I'll ask our mixer for a nice update once he's back. Also, our video maker says she'll finish it by New Year to release the video then (the latest).

I hope to be able to show you a new preview soon. Please have some patience and excuse the delay. I know this project was started more than a year ago, but we're almost done, and I thank everyone who has contributed to it. Thank you.
