So, you've probably noticed that even with your locale changed Zteer's pitch editor displays mojibake (gibberish) instead of hiragana. You think it makes no sense since UTAU works fine, right? So how do you fix this issue?
Just change your region settings!
WARNING: This may cause certain programs to display in Japanese instead of English!
First, open up Control Panel (just press win+r and type in "control panel")
Then with control panel open, type "region" in the search bar and hit "enter"
Then click where it says "region"
Now, open the drop down menu and set your region to Japan
Now click "apply" and then click "ok".
Now, open UTAU. It'll display in all Japanese, but I'll walk you through how to put in English.
Go to (T) and then select (O)
Navigate to this part of the menu then make sure to click the very last box and select "en" from the drop down menu.
Now click where it says "OK" and close UTAU.
Now reopen UTAU. If you followed the steps correctly your interface should be in English!
Now open Zteer's pitch editor. If you set your region correctly, it should now display hiragana like this!
If you've got anymore questions, or need clarification on something let me know! I made this a bit on the fly, haha. Hope this helps!
