Minor Update, changing recommendations.

I added the CAD GXL2400-usb to my list which replaces all the recommendations under the $80 range. I also updated some information on the other suggestions.

I'll most likely rewrite this resource completely at some point.

Rewritten parts and updated due to market changes

Okay, I updated the information talking about mic types and removed some typos.

I updated the microphone sections in regards to availability and price changes, I think people should pay close attention to the $100 section for noteworthy deals.
