I actually see this with many voicebanks (using utau-synth btw sooo) Ok this is probably really silly, but when I first recorded and oto-ed my voicebank when ever a longer note was played, it would have a scratchy /bleeping noise near the end. I re-recorded with a better mic and it was still...
