Oh, I didn't mean to imply CeVIO was bad or anything, I also have different tolerances to different kinds of engine noise (if that makes sense)... I suppose if any hardcore producers can afford more than one Vocaloid, they can get ALYS, yeah... I was also referring to Sinsy as in the software...

I think part of the reason they went with CeVIO is that I don't think Vocaloids supports French? IDK, I'm not sure how the software works but V1 and V2 didn't exactly support Spanish or Korean, so maybe it was too soon for ALYS ; ;

While I can't offer any advice from experience, you can also find some youtube videos that teach people various growling/screaming vocal techniques if you want to make a "screamo" bank with actual screamo samples (like Maiko Hakaine or CO2).
