As far as I know your assumption is correct, tn_fnds and other resamplers were not released by the time Masao made the plugin, so I don't think that resamplers other than the ones on the list are supported.

if you mean it's not working as in not imputing the lyrics make sure you put a "#" sign first I'm not sure why you need this it just does.

I think in order to do that you would need to export the model in ".x" format, import it into PMD editor and do some editing, and export from there. I'm not much of an expert on the subject but that much I know sorry for not being much help -_-;

There are a few reasons why a resampler won't render, like the sample being in stereo instead of mono, the sample not using the correct hertz, sometimes it just doesn't work can I ask what you use to record if not oremo?

I'm not sure about "TIPS" because I think it just doesn't work with some samples as for tn_fnds http://www.fftw.org/install/windows.html go here and get the 32-bit folder it should have 3 .dll files inside put those in the same folder as the tn_fnds resampler and it should work ^_^ these file...
