Ikasu Hama

After floating away from his home in the Kuril Island chain, a young Ikasu wound up on the shores of northern Japan in his sleep. He woke up in the house of a white witch, who had given him the gift of speech. Ikasu decided to stay with the witch and learned how to sing. He likes to sit on the beach and swim as well, and is quite famously a beach bum. He collects sea glass and shells that he finds washed up and makes jewelery with them, like necklaces and bracelets.
