Commercial UTAU Masterlist thread

So I've had this idea for a minute now to make a sort of master list for all UTAUs that can be bought.
Obviously I don't think I know the names or retailers of all commercial UTAUs, so if you own or know of any, leave their info and retailer!
Also, if you know of any alternative sellers (specifically for Japanese banks since they're a bit hard for overseas users to buy) let me know.
