I honestly hear a slight Spanish accent
With a name like that, I honestly thought he was a joke... After listening to his demos. Hnnnnnnng, YES. More please! Imma call him Cyman, or Cyan, like we have Cyva since Cyber Songman and Cyber Diva are kinda weird names. I want to do fan art now. I have an awesome fan design in mind.
His demos sound so clear, I didn't even need subtitles to understand him. His accent is a bit wonky in my opinion. They claim is American, but there were a few words that definitely didn't sound American accented. Probably a variation of an American accent, which is cool.
I love his sound, I love his tone, I love his packaging. I am so excited to see what producers and fans will do with him.
Someone made an original for him already! (in Japanese)
What do you guys think?
Having the 4 phoneme... why the rrrrrrrr??
4 is used in American English right? Like in the word 'butter'?
but it could work for Japanese covers
4 is the alveolar tap, used frequently in many English accents as a quick replacement for 't' or 'd'... Example: water [w Q 4 @r] in Vocaloid phonetics. We've had it since Ruby, Dex, and Daina
phonetically speaking, as explained in the developer's video, it's the alveolar flap, so it could be used for japanese lyrics. I bet it sounds better than rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
With DAINA, using like you would with Japanese VBs sounds pretty good, I'd imagine it'd be the same when doing stuff in Japanese with Cyber Songman.
Separate names with a comma.
