desperate research for a video editor...

I'm aware this is probably the wrong place to post this, I don't know where else should I put it

So, I've been using UTAU for some years at this point. I've always wanted to make PVs for my covers, or even just a simple video, but I couldn't draw anything and I had no friends that could either. So I never completed nothing.
Now, yes, I can. lol
But
Looks like this toaster PC is now close to death
I can edit the pvs decently, but the rendering just kills my pc everytime and I can't stand this anymore :!
So..is some really kind individual able to edit the videos for me? I'm not asking for complicated things or else, it's pretty basic editing. You can use whetever program you want, and you can take your time.
Obviously, I'll credit in you in anyway possible, I'm not a jerk.

Do you have any examples of what you want the videos to be like?

Really depends on the video editor's skills.
Something simplistic is totally fine too.
Like,
*Art-Subtitles-Audio Spectrum*
I always loved Konuko's covers PVs, but I wouldn't even dare to put that as a standard for my covers, lol

I can't really find examples, sorry!
