[FIXED] UTAU acting weirdly

Whenever I open up UTAU now, the readme file for the program opens with it. And whenever I close the program a window pops up saying "Path not found" Everything else with the program is fine. I'm using Windows 7.

Can anyone help me with this?

Looks like I just needed to restart my computer to fix it.
