frqs and oto.ini not showing up in the file

hi i'm working on the technical aspects of a new utau and i'm having some problems with the frqs showing up in the actual system files? like i have them rendered on utau and stuff but when i go to the system files they're not there

the oto is missing too

anyone know how to fix it? thank you!

I bellive the problem is caused by the "C:/program files(86x)" location. Generally that location doesn't let stuff be generated in the folders on most PC's. The way to fix this is to change the utau folder permissions or change the folder location to somewhere else (preferebly by reinstallation).

You can:

1. Run UTAU as an administrator. This will give the program the rights to write new files to the directory.
2. Move the voice folder to a new directory like My Documents so you won't have to worry about permission privileges.
