Gahata Meiji: No notes to render and prefix map is empty?

Gahata Meiji won't sing anything, even a VCV UST or a simple あ, I'm using UTAU Synth. The oto doesn't seem corrupt or anything. I checked the prefix map and it is empty and i tried looking up prefix tutorials but there was only like 2 videos and they confused me.
Also another thing that concerned me is that when i renamed the file to .utau she didn't get her avatar. When i downloaded other UTAULOIDS and renamed their folders to .utau the icon turned to their avatar but this one didn't.
What to do?

Yup! Just put it in the main folder like this:

hmm i tried doing this but the prefix map is still empty. sorry lol. maybe it's because I'm using UTAU Synth which is on mac?
