Rules/Helpful info:
- Has to be your utau
- Can't use a windows100 UTAU
- Having cover art/pv will GREATLY increase your chances of winning.
- DOESN'T have to be a song about Halloween, it just has to be a scary/unsettling song (ex. you could use I'm Sorry I'm Sorry, Dream Eating Monochrome Baku, Alice of Human Sacrifice, etc..)
- Two entries per person
