Hirigana not showing up when I paste it?

Hey, long time no see! I just started using UTAU again and the first thing I want to do is alias my UTAUloid so she can read both Romaji and Hirigana, but when I copy and paste the symbol, I get a question mark:

I tried to download AppLocale but I'm having a lot of trouble doing that as well, I think that's probably a separate thing. Hirigana lyrics are being read just fine. Do I still need AppLocale? I already have my locale set to Japanese.

Nope, this happens to me too. I think it is just UTAU's type of text encoding (Like UTF, ANSI, etc) that is different from Windows'. You can "fix" it by aliasing the OTO.ini file using noteoad, instead of doing it trough UTAU.
