I need help choosing a mic

(I'm using my iPod so some stuff may be weird)
Ok do I was thinking of saving some money to get a new mic, around $100 usd or so.
I'm currently looking at the behringer c1u, but feel free to leave other suggestions

It's ever so slightly out of budget but you should be able to snoop around and find it cheaper.
It'd serve you better than the Behringer if you can manage to get it.
You could also look into the MXL 006, but it's not as good for various reasons.

Either way, you should also try to get a cheap nylon pop filter like one of these or this.
It will help with your plosives, otherwise you could also make one if you have stuff lying around.

Is it perfect? nope. but in your budget it's the best you will be able to manage at the moment.
