I need help with my pictures!!

I was wondering if anyone can help or attempt to draw my utau, Nyanne Kiyoshi, and make it look like a anime charecter. I try to use paint tools SAI but I have no idea about the coloring or anything. If you need to know what he looks like i have several pictures of him that i drew. Im better at drawing by hand . So if anyone can help me its much appreciated .
