I use ChieP's romantokana plugin, but I just searched for the place I downloaded it from and I couldn't find it anywhere. The readme says that redistribution is allowed, though, so I'll just reupload it. Here you go: http://www.mediafire.com/file/k0sk6yw0rk4t0wq/romantokana.zip Just make sure that when you run the plugin, you're using a CV UTAU that has both hiragana and romaji aliases, and you should be good to go!
I know this is already sort of solved, but I use a different one, that can convert hiragana to romaji, and CV to VCV, and a bunch of other functions as well without needing a bank that functions as such. There's a tutorial for it here, if you decide to check it out.
I've gotten used to it at this point. What do you find difficult about it? Just curious, cause from my experience it hardly takes 10 seconds to convert a UST.
I have noticed that some notes have multiple aliases. But that was to only issue I ever had. (And that was just fixed by adding those aliases to my otos.) --- Double Post Merged, May 12, 2017 --- Oh wait, I just noticed that dycern stated iroiro doesn't work for him. I need to learn to read the beginning posts. XD
