Is there any midi program have piano roll like fl studio?

Since I have FL Studio, I just use it for making midi to make ust.
The program is really big and usage my disk. Huge of plugin, too hard to use, blah blah.
In my opnion, I never use it for mixing.
So
I wanna use a program can make midi, have piano roll and drag the mouse to draw a note like fl studio and free (i really like the free software)
Can someone suggest for me a program like this?

You might try Anvil Studio 2015. It specifically exists as a midi creator, is completely free, and does have an option for editing as a piano roll. The default is "staff" but you can change that. I'm not sure exactly how the piano roll for Anvil Studio works, seeing as I rarely use it, but I think it's worth a shot.

I assume you're using the common workflow to play MIDI and the song at the same time, to make your UST. Simply look up free DAWs. There's many available, and some listed in my Songwriting Resource. LMMS is similar to FL studio, and has midi export in the latest beta version. Other ones to check out are Tracktion and Podium.
