MS Speech isn't a vocal synth, it's a text to speech engine.

A speech synthesizer, yes. Vocal synthesizer = speech synthesizer.

If that's what your counting, then this list has a long, long way to go. There are dozens (if not hundreds) of tts applications out there.

This thread needs to just stick to synths primarily made for singing that are currently available to download/purchase. I think the format should also change to include/edit...

    - Language should be clarified as UI Language.
    - You should state what sung languages are currently available/possible for the engine.
    - I would organize these into categories for Free/Shareware and Proprietary in addition to alphabetizing them, rather than randomizing everything.
    - You should also state what platforms they're available for (Windows, Mac, Linux).

Obviously Bio is accepting all vocal synthesizers of all kinds, Suyeon. So yeah, Kinetic, if you have any other TTS engines you'd like to share, then (in the words of Bio):
    It's as simple as that.

A TTS is perfectly fine. Just because it doesn't sing doesn't mean it's not a vocal synth.

Here's a couple off the top of my head:
    • AT&T natural voice (was online, sold as a service)
    • Acapela TTS (online demo, service)
    • eSpeak (included with Ubuntu, free)
    • Google TTS (used in Google translate)
    • hmm-based TTS (HTS) (included with Android)
    • IVONA TTS (online demo, only sold to "partners")
    • Voiceroid (paid, for windows)
    • IBM Watson TTS (online, mostly free)
Keep in mind some of those are designed more for use by developers and such, and not as end user products.

Little Update! So Im working on adding the Text-To-Speech Synths, but @ミルクMilk I added your suggestion.
But I also color coded weather or not the Applications are developmentally active or not.
    Have a great day!

What about that open source version of Software Automatic Mouth for the C64?
SAM - English only - Windows, macOS, Linux - Free, open source - Assumed Inactive (last commit was 2 months ago and all it changed was the README.md, everything before that was a year or two ago) - Demo - GitHub Repository - Pre-compiled Windows executable - Online version
