Matsupoid Won't Sing Without Resampler.dll

So a friend that i know in real life figured out that I liked matsupoid and they were about to leave the utau fandom and they gave me their matsupoid so their purchase wouldn't go to waste and so I opened up utau and tried the define me engrish ust by Misha bird and at the time I was using moresampler as the wavtool and fresamp 14 as the resampler I will give a list of what I've tried

Copying and pasting files to new folders
Changing resampler/wavtool
Changing permissions to where read only is turned off

Have you checked the oto? or is there an oto?

I don't think moresampler works with any other engines, try setting moresampler as both the wavtool and the resampler (if you have tried it then idk)

Ive tried that and using normal wavtool with other resamplers but if I don’t use resampler.dll it gives a file load error

I figured this out awhile ago and the issue was that I had to re-encode the wav files (rename them the same name)
