MMD Model Help?

OK. I'm making my first MMD model, but it has some glitches. This includes about everything except for the base, part of the shirt, and the hair.

In the attachments are the pictures of the model in the default pose (front, side, and back views) and the glitches.

I need help!

I'd be willing to help out.  I'm guessing that's all because of wonky physics. Maybe toss me a download of the model so I could see myself?
