MY cpu is broke and wont let me VCV

I have added a pre aliased oto and that doesnt work. When I open a vcv ust in utau, it gives me file read error.
Could somebody out there kindly oto my vcv bank for me? I'm tearing my hair out trying to get it to work!

Hmm.. Did you change your locale to support Japanese? If not, perhaps I can help you~

Yes. I've made sure my system locale is JP. Everything Japanese works fine. The oto never saves and it tells me file error whenever I try to play anything >.<

Your UTAU is working! The solution I've found has to do with the encoding. For some reason, your UTAU works perfectly in romaji. I've tried using the voicebank as hiragana, but no sound will come out. Do you mind if I convert the voicebank to romaji?

I'm lost. It doesn't work because it doesn't know where the wav files are. It's in the folder. I don't see why it's doing this.

Did you save your UTAU's voicefiles in Hiragana? I do all of Lulu's VCV sounds in romaji and then oto them to support hiragana.

I had done both. I deleted the romaji encoded one because I had the same problem and thought it was obsolete with all the ust's OTL
