My utau can't sing fast

I don't know why, but If I can't find a solution I will cry and delete Megami (drama queen lol)
No, I made Megami actually as a bad ass, so she must sing fast song (Slow songs don't fit her design).
She sound very good in slow and semi-fast songs, but one the tempo is a bit higher she mutter/mumble...

I don't know why she does that... Somebody (my sister) said it's the oto. But I don't want to believe that, because she has a great OTO (in my opinion)
But if you guys says too it IS the OTO, then I will admit it and cry in a corner, because I can't fix the oto by myself (computer don't want to oto, but that a other problem).

Spot the difference? If your ears work, then you hear that Megami is horrible in this song. And actually she is in every fast song xD

Select the notes that need to be sung faster, open Property and change Constant Velocity to something above 100, 150 for example (or even more). It will make the constants shorter . I always use it with my UTAU, because I recorded veeery long constants xD.

It's either the oto or something to do with the UST (check you've cleared pre utterance & overlap), but if this happens on several fast songs then there's a good chance of it being the oto, sadly. If you'd like me to, I could look at the bank and see if it definitely is the oto...if it is, I wouldn't mind fixing it up for you!

Everything is fine but when I begin to mix, the vocals are too slow, then I have to change the tempo and crud but then I end up messing up everything >
