Need Feedback and Help with Utau Design

Okay, I've begun designing my Utau. She has too many missing details, (I'm having creativity issues right now) though, so I can't have her drawn or released just yet...
I made a document with all I have so far. If anyone wants to help fill in parts of it, I'd appreciate it. But I'm not allowing outright editing of the document (someone might graffiti the place), so leave comments (or suggestions, apparently) as inspiration.
