Yea, the texture on her clothing makes the design really dynamic.

The bright colors make her seem cheerful and dynamic.

Cute as hell! I love the band geek sorta aesthetic, if that makes any sense XD The suspenders, bow tie, skirt, jacket, even the hat: It's like a uniform but not. The formal looking stuff makes her look like she's performing for a school band or something, and the untraditional elements like the music note make her seem super excited about music : D It's a distinct image from other UTAUs I think, and I like it.

And I think flexibility is an important part of any vocaloid/utau design, so like how there's room for interpretation, like what Heitor did.
