I don't know why we got a new forum or moved or whatever but it seems troublesome to have to remake a new account. But I did anyway because I do forum stuff sometimes.

Aha, made the move because there were a lot of requested features that we simply couldn't implement on the old board.

The Oekaki was one, forced advertisements another, and the fact our old forum host was just unresponsive to support requests in getting simple things like NicoNico & Soundcloud embeds working.

We simply outgrew ZetaBoards and wanted to make the move to something self-hosted. It was a move we were going to have to make eventually and Myst found an experienced developer (me) who happened to have taken the last quarter off.
