I'm an okay song composer,
My only stipulation is please make sure your UTAU is pretty decent sounding! (Unless it's a Troll)
By Decent, I mean if it has issues, they can be fixed while mixing, like some airiness or something like that o 3o.

What sort of things would you be interested in trading for originals? I can do art, CV OTOs (and VCV, though VCV OTOs would take much longer), and mixing.

Well I have been wanting for Elliot to have an original the problems with are just that he sounds kinda muffled since he was recorded with a web cam mic but he's a decent sounding utau all together he has a pretty good reclist containing such as kwe kue sounds as for the original I'd like it to match his personality

As for my offering I can do a cover and oto CV vbs. I can send you a pm with Elliot's vb and show you what he can do

What would you want in return? I can do Art , OTO's ( CV , CVVC ) , Different voicebanks , Erm. Pretty much anything in general. I will give you Dendo's ACT2 Fixed voicebank , her Regular ACT2 had some oto issues but I fixed it , so I can send it to you.

What exactly would you like? I can offer:

art (I'm actually not that bad at drawing)
oto.ini (VCV AND CV)
Writing (this is my thing... love writing....)
Video Mixing (I'm also not bad at this, though sometimes I go crazy over special effects...... -_-)
Covers (though I bet you have a lot of those)
usts (though these will take a while, I'm better if there's already one, but I can add pitchbends)
random utau gifs (these also take longer, they're usually kind of silly stuff, like them snapping, or just their mouth moving or something)
Website Designing (if you want a website or something)
MMD Models (if there are custom parts, it takes a little longer, though, but I can still make MMD models)
etc.

You can ask for two or more, if you like! (I actually have a lot of time on my hands...)
