OK, I did a cover of an old '60s John Entwistle tune using Kikyuune Akio/Aiko & posted it here: https://soundcloud.com/agatechlo/kikyuune-akioaiko-boris-the-spider. My only other English UTAU experience prior to doing this cover was with WALTT, & I believe his VB uses a different reclist. So I had some trouble finding all the phonemes I thought were needed to do a proper CV-VC UST. In a couple of places where I needed an ending "t" I resorted to "Engrish" technique of using a CV phoneme like "te" & chopping off the vowel. Somehow I think that's not quite right.

So I'm requesting someone look at my UST (attached) & see what phonemes I really should be using. Thanks.

Hi, It was actually really good. I just add some VC's to make a little more clear. I also used the 9 vowel, (it's the vowel sound in thought/ought) in some places. I also edit it a bit in terms of VCC's becoming VC's +CC because I''m using Halt Tanner's 2.0 bank. I also turned some V's into VV's and I did some basic conversion for example, you had it as [flO-] and I turned into [flO] and the like. However it was really good, and it took about ten minutes of editing.
On a different note, the song was really funny and it's quirky and cute.

And here's the google drive link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0le-1FtmdgbR293Sk5pSjJCaTg/edit?usp=sharing
and it's in a zip file. It's just the edit ust and the result I got when I'd use Halt.

Thanks for the tips, Zarsla. I tried playing your UST back using Aiko (I don't have Halt Tanner downloaded) & there were some missing phonemes, so I guess those 2 UTAUs don't use the same reclist? But I did take your suggestions as well as Myst's (I'm sort of replying in both forums because I'm not sure which one's postings will be carried forward from this time) & updated the UST (attached) & reposted to Soundcloud (https://soundcloud.com/agatechlo/kikyuun...e-spider-1 ). I still couldn't blend every phoneme, & still have some ending consonants that are actually CVs but between playing with consonant velocity & setting BRE=100 I think I got it. Will wait for Myst's tutorial to see what else I should/shouldn't be doing.
