I recently decided to make a Romaji CV to VCV converter since I think sometimes it's much easier to make usts in romaji rather than hiragana. Also I think this might be useful for those of you who can't change your locale.

This is an older program and I don't know if many people will find a use for this but I made it because I'd often had trouble when importing vsq files.
