I really want to make a gender UTAU plugin but I don't know how to make a exe file. Who wants to help me?

Are you aware that you can just enter the gender flag in the Project Properties, and it will work for the full track?

If changing the gender flag is all you're doing, there's not really a plugin necessary for this
