Uh I how do I install resamplers in utau?

Some utauloids I like has recommended resamplers. I've seen resamplers before but it was a bit confusing and hard to understand, all i know is that it helps with flags. How do I install it properly?

Resamplers go into the folder where you installed utau

You use them by selecting them in the project config
