UtaLis Error

I downloaded UTAListener/Utaulis just fine, but whenever I try to use it, I get a popup error message saying

I can't read the Japanese, but I don't know why I don't have UTAUlis.ini or why my computer is denying access. Is this a Windows 8 thing?

Since you have UTAU installed to program files, it might be an issue with it needing admin credentials to edit things there. There's a workaround to fix it, but imo, the easier solution is to move the entire UTAU folder somewhere else. Drag it onto your desktop or something. Try to see if UTAlis works once UTAU isn't in there anymore?

I moved the entire UTAU folder and I was able to run UTAlis. Thank you so much!
