Utau in sims yay...

iI just reinstalled sims and was wondering if anyone wanted me to put theirs in a family (they will all be living together). the character limit will probably be five.(only one character per person and it will probably be first come first serve so be quick if you want your utau in here)
required qustions:
1. name (in western order ex. Miku Hatsune not Hatsune Miku)
2. age (toddler, child, teen, young adult, adult, elder)
3. concept art (if your utau isnt human then ill have to make it human)
4. personality
Optional:
1. favorite music genre

ok i might be able to get to these i a while (max a week) because im stupid and deleted the base game for sims hoping to be able to reinstall it but nope stupid freaking origin says "hell no youre going to suffer" and now im stuck (hopfully my dad can help me because hes better at me in this kind of stuff)

What exactly is the problem? Are you installing by disc or origin?

What you can do is completely close origin, by right clicking the icon in this area. (If you have Windows.) https://gyazo.com/8da778aa4572b38d36765ee9481ef4ca
And choosing Quit, close, exit origin, or something along those lines. If it still isn't working, install the game from the disc after temporarily disconnecting your wifi/internet.
