Vocaloid Voicebanks

Is there any way to create voicebanks like how the Vocaloid voice providers did theirs?

I'm curious of how they do it. They look kinda easy and form the looks I think it's a VCV. Do you know how?

Some people actually have their hands on the Vocaloid reclist. Don't know who, though. But I know a person who was offered to make an English vocaloid once or twice..

Vocaloids from V1 and V2 era were CVs, from V3 they switched to VCV.
From what I know, I think most, if not all Vocaloids are multipitched.
Recording-wise, I don't think they're too different from VCV UTAUloids.
