There is no "best" CVVC reclist because it's...
1. Easy to create on your own if you know all the necessary sounds required for a language
2. There are multiple ways to make a CVVC reclist to suit your desired style

- There's the Delta list @heta-tan mentioned
- There's the 2 mora list used by Canon, the voicer of Namine Ritsu (I personally use a modified version of this style)
- A self made list can be around 5-6 mora if the following pattern is done: kakikukekoko, kya_kyu_kyo

The oto and mic quality are what matter in terms of realistic results, not the reclist style. Just use whatever makes you comfortable.

I personally like Tatsumi's (巽) Japanese CVVC reclist the most. Them are very straightforward and easy to read IMO.

link to Tatsumi's Nico Blog: http://ch.nicovideo.jp/tatsu3/blomaga/ar598480
DL link for Tatsumi's all CVVC reclist (CVVC_8moraRecList seems to have a base oto, use BGM guide that tempo is 120. In this reclist _ mark mean a pause. For example _きゅ_きぇ_きょ is recorded like kyuuu *pause* kyeee *pause* kyooo): https://bowlroll.net/file/119910

Other useful notes:
吸 = breathe in
吐 = breathe out
_あ・あ = Record for "a" sound glottal stop, like "a-a" (sorry, bad to explain this one :"" it's not hard once you get it, tho)

Also, you might want look around this site for more Japanese Hiragana CVVC reclist (this site is Japanese "make UTAU VB Wiki", warning: all in this site is in Japanese): https://www45.atwiki.jp/vbmaker/pages/25.html

I hope that this response helped
