More than half the staff haven't been active since last year...Is everyone okay?
Do we need more mods or people to run the site? It would be nice to revitalize this place in a way (= w =)

A lot of us are old now so we have a lot less time haha. A handful of staff members are functionally retired, we should update that at some point. For now, we're not looking for staff, but it may come up in the future!

It was simply a thing I noticed, haha. Didn't think the place was going up in flames just yet! Although, I am always down to play around with doing contests, theme creation, and art related contributions if anyone wants them. Forums have always been a special place to me, and after watching NSider go poof on me back in the day, I don't think I ever recovered lol

For CV japanese you don't need to do anything special, just leave it on DEFAULT. If you're using banks like VCV Japanese you can pick the VCV Japanese phonemizer and it will automatically convert the plain lyrics to VCV. For English voicebanks, after picking the phonemizer you're able to use plain English words for lyrics.

You can also try the EN to JA phonemizer. This allows you to type plain English words as lyrics, and it auto converts to sounds in japanese voicebanks.

In order to even hear my CV thing play I had to set it to the Ja VCV & CVVC. it works fine now. I can use it and it sings so that's at least something. With the defualt it just doesn't play at all for some reason. no clue why...
I do not have an English bank yet so that's gonna take a bit for me to get the hang of. Thanks for the tips tho.

If anyone was looking for an English OREMO reclist, I just made a TXT file out of OcarinaLink24's post on Deviant Art so you don't have to make a TXT. I compressed the TXT into a ZIP folder and put it on MediaFire.

I finally finished Kawa CVVC (yay) and have her ready for release in May, so that means I can work on Minoko CVVC now! Unfortunately that also means that whenever I record his lower pitch (D#3) my voice'll probably be fried for a few days after lol (I can hit the note tho! Just gotta practice before recording so I can actually sustain the note comfortably)
